Promoting Change through Online CollaborationU.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is using a new online tool, called the USCIS Idea Community, to ask for your ideas and opinions on the services that we provide. The USCIS Idea Community is based on IdeaScale, an easy-to-use online platform for collecting opinions and ideas. This is known as online crowdsourcing and it is rapidly becoming a standard way for organizations to gain a deeper insight into communities and customer needs.
