Third-party vendors may apply these requirements to their own commercial 2D barcode generators, which will improve accuracy and efficiency at our Lockbox facility.Depending on which internet browser you use, the barcode may not be visible when you open the form. We will process all forms with or without a barcode at the bottom of the page.

Today we posted a policy memorandum that provides guidance to USCIS adjudicators regarding their discretion to deny an application, petition, or request without first issuing a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) when required initial evidence was not submitted or the evidence of record fails to establish eligibility.
We issued updated guidance today that aligns our policy for issuing Form I-862, Notice to Appear, with the immigration enforcement priorities of the Department of Homeland Security.

This year, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will celebrate the 242nd anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, and our nation’s birthday, by welcoming more than 14,000 new citizens in nearly 175 naturalization ceremonies between June 28 and July 10.
