U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is developing myUSCIS – a way to help you get the immigration information you need, identify which immigration options you may be eligible for and find the right forms.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invited you to participate in a quarterly stakeholder engagement in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2014, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. (EST) to provide updates from the Asylum Division and answer questions from participants.
On December 11, 2014 USCIS International Operations (IO) Division hosted an engagement with AILA representatives. IO addressed questions related to: IO operations; I-601 waivers; biometrics; Form I-407; humanitarian parole, international adoptions; and. I-130 filings. The information below provides a review of the questions solicited by AILA and the responses provided by USCIS.

The final rule, Notices of Decisions and Documents Evidencing Lawful Status, published on Oct. 29, 2014, is effective today, Jan. 27, 2015. This rule amends regulations governing when USCIS will:correspond with,issue a notice of decision to, orprovide documents toan applicant, petitioner, or requester, and/or an attorney of record or accredited representative.
